How do I book a Psychic Reading?

You can use your credit card by calling the 1300 or 0800 phone number for Australia and New Zealand. You will speak directly to a Credit Card Manager who will be able to answer your questions and generally assist you. If you live in Australia or New Zealand, you also have the option to place the call on your phone account by calling the 1902 or 090 phone number.

I don’t have a credit card, how can I get a reading?

You have several options:

You can pay via personal cheque (Aussie residents only).
You can pay via paypal (you must be registered with paypal first).
You can pay via your phone account by dialing the 1902 number in Australia or the 0900 number in New Zealand. These services are not available in other countries at the moment.

How do I get the Psychic of my choice?

If you are paying via credit card, just ask the manager when you phone and she will advise you which psychics are currently on shift.

If you are using the 1902/0900 number, you will need to enter your preferred psychic's 5 digit access code. If you haven't got this number, call our customer care number (1300 850 196 in Australia or 0800 934 733 in New Zealand).

If you are calling from other countries, please call +61 266 53 6023, remember there will be time differences if you are calling from outside New South Wales, Australia. Please check your psychic's work times here. Sometimes your preferred psychic will be on another call, but if you call our customer care number, you can book a call with your fave psychic!

E-mail Readings & Online Purchases

I ordered an email psychic reading, but I have not received it yet...

Our psychics reply to your readings as soon as they can, but it does vary from reader to reader. Sometimes delays can occur, but generally you will receive your reading within 2-4 days. Please check your spam folder and if you still haven't received your reading, email us.

Can I pay by PayPal eCheque?

We accept PayPal eCheques, remember however, they do take time to clear and the order will not be processed until payment has gone through. This will vary depending on your bank. The quickest, easiest payment method is to call our customer care line and pay via visa or mastercard.

I've heard so much about Absolute Soul Secrets, I would like to work for you, what do I do?

Just call our customer care line for a quick chat with our Credit Card Managers or you click Psychic Work Available. They will arrange an appointment for an interview. We are always looking for superlative psychics and I hope we hear from you!
